Excellent location, super clean rooms, and rooftop bath

cultural experience tourist hotspot complimentary water
the hotel provided a complimentary water bottle daily. the location made it easy to reach all tourist hotspots. it was close to the station and the underground walkway. the onsen on the top floor was great, it provided a worthwhile cultural experience.
the hotel has a policy where they do not clean the rooms automatically. if you want your room cleaned, you must put a notice on the door.

the hotel is just a few minutes walk to odori park. it is also about 10 minutes to tanukikoji. it sits on a quiet side street, so it is nice and quiet despite being near everything.

convenient location and comfortable stay

excellent location helpful staff soft serve s m a l l r o o m
The location was excellent. It was easy to walk to many places. the staff helped with our luggage, and the breakfast offered many choices. i found the staff helpful when i had questions and the Hokkaido soft serve was a treat. The building felt secure during an earthquake.
The room felt small, and it lacked a desk. This made it difficult to work comfortably.

The hotel stands less than five minutes on foot from the station. a convenience store is just across from the hotel. several restaurants are within a five-minute walk too. This made dining easy!
